Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information VoltSolar (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, how it is used, which third parties are involved, and the choices you have. VoltSolar is operated by Perwaiz Iqbal, based in Pakistan.

1. Information We Collect

  • Calculator inputs. The vehicle, location, mileage and cost values you enter in our calculators are processed in your web browser. We do not send them to our servers or store them.
  • Contact form messages. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit (see section 5).
  • Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Our advertising partners may place and read cookies and use web beacons or similar technologies on your browser, as described below.

2. Advertising and Cookies (Google AdSense)

How ads on this site use cookies

  • We use Google AdSense to show advertisements on this website.
  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices (in the EU/UK: www.youronlinechoices.eu).

Google may also allow other certified ad technology providers (third-party vendors and ad networks) to serve ads on this site, and those providers may use their own cookies. You can learn how Google and its partners use information from sites that show their ads at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in Google's advertising policy. Where the vendor offers it, you can opt out of its cookies on its own website, or through aboutads.info.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, ads will still appear but will be less relevant to you.

3. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent through a consent message before cookies are used for personalized advertising. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the privacy settings link shown by that message. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized ads.

4. How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain and secure the website.
  • To reply to messages you send us.
  • To show advertising that keeps the site free to use.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Contact Form

Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service. We use the details you provide only to reply to you, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we delete messages when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

6. Third Parties We Work With

  • Google AdSense — advertising (see section 2).
  • FormSubmit — contact form delivery (see section 5).
  • Our website hosting provider — serving pages and keeping server logs.

Each of these parties handles data under its own privacy policy. This policy does not cover other websites that we link to.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to opt out of personalized advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
